1. Scope and Purpose
MicroCreativity ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains
how our Chrome Extension collects, uses, and safeguards your information.
2. Information We Collect
- Email Address: When you purchase our products, we collect your email address to
authenticate your account and provide access to your purchased license.
1.2 Automated Data Collection (Cloud Sync)
- User Settings: To provide a consistent experience across devices, we sync your
extension settings (e.g., auto-send preferences) to our secure cloud database.
- Favorites: We store your "favorited" prompt packs so you can access them from any
browser where you are logged in.
- Device Identifiers: A unique identifier generated for your device, used solely to
enforce our single active session policy (one active session per licence). This is not linked to any
hardware serial number.
1.3 Team & Business Data
- Member Management: For Team accounts, administrators can view the email addresses of
members added to their organization.
- Proprietary Packs: For teams utilizing private pack features, we store the metadata and
content of your team custom prompt editors. These are strictly restricted to your organization.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the following purposes:
- To verify your subscription and unlock purchased content.
- To synchronise your preferences and favourites across devices.
- To manage account compliance, including enforcement of the single session limit.
- To respond to support requests and resolve account issues.
- To comply with legal obligations under Korean law and applicable international regulations.
We do not:
- Sell your personal information to any third party.
- Use your data for advertising or marketing profiling.
- Track your browsing history or collect content from the websites you visit, except to inject the
specific prompts you explicitly choose to send via the extension.
- Use your data for any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly
significant effects.
4. Third-Party Data Processors & International Transfers
