Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MicroCreativity Hub Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use of our software immediately.

2. Lifetime License & Ownership

• Perpetual Access: A verified purchase grants you a lifetime license to the specific packs or tiers you acquire. There are no recurring subscription fees.
• Device Limits: Your license is tied to your account and may be restricted to a specific number of concurrent active devices (e.g., up to 2 devices per standard license) to prevent abuse.
• Non-Transferable: Licenses are for personal or internal business use only and cannot be resold or transferred.

3. Updates and Compatibility

While we strive to provide continuous compatibility with target platforms (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Sora, Runway), AI interfaces frequently change. We provide updates and maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted interoperability if a third-party platform fundamentally alters its DOM architecture.

4. AI Tools and Generated Content

MicroCreativity Hub provides specialized tools designed for writing prompts and structuring ComfyUI workflows. We facilitate the creative process through these technical frameworks; however, please note the following:

• Responsibility: We are responsible for the prompts generated by the Hub and the underlying workflow structures provided. We are not responsible for the specific results, media, or content that users create using these tools.
• Model Variability: While we strive to standardize and optimize the process, Generative AI models are inherently probabilistic and may produce unexpected or inconsistent results.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the MicroCreativity Hub extension.
• Distribute unauthorized copies of the extension or your license key.
• Use the software to spam, exploit, or cause harm to integrated third-party platforms.
• Abuse the service or use our tools to create pornographic or sexually explicit content.

6. Limitation of Liability

MicroCreativity Hub is provided "as is". We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of data or output generation failures.
